Store Credit: When you send your item back within 14 days of receiving it you will automatically get a credit in your name. NO Exchanges available: Items go through our business very quickly. We cannot guarantee the size you want to exchange for will still be in stock when your return arrives to us, but you can get a store credit! Then if your item/size is in stock then you can use your store credit to get it.

Please mail all returns USPS to: PO Box 1236, Congress, AZ 85332 within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. 

Please keep in mind all sale priced items, and coupon code items at or over 20% off are FINAL SALE. JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE! 

Returned products must not be damaged and product should be unworn and unwashed, without makeup stains, deodorant stains and pet hair or smoke smell.

There will be a restocking fee of 10%.
