Individually reworked by a local Arizona seamstress, Willa’s original sleeves have been replaced with the prettiest dusty blue Swiss dot chiffon. The delicate raised dots add beautiful texture, while the lightweight, flowing bell sleeves bring a soft, feminine finish to this traditional Western silhouette.
